Lynne Oliver



Lynne Oliver is the Instructional Design and Development Specialist for eLearning at the Mississippi Community College Board. In her role, Lynne focuses her efforts on instructional design and course quality assisting the MCCB and the faculty at the community colleges through experiential techniques, innovative learning activities, and the deployment of a research-based design model, Quality Matters. Lynne is a graduate of Belhaven University where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Arts in Teaching and Education. In addition, Lynne is currently at Mississippi State University where she will receive an Educational Specialist degree in Educational Technology with an emphasis in Instructional Design in May. Lynne also holds an Associate of Arts in Graphic Design from Hinds Community College. With more than 15 years of instructional experience, Lynne has taught in the Madison and Rankin County School Districts where she served on the 1:1 Technology Committee, maintained the school's website, oversaw the web-based production and training of the yearbook, and provided in-house SREB "Train the Teacher" training.

Lynne resides in Ridgeland with her husband, Bruce and their two dogs.
